The Delaware and Maryland Technology Transfer Centers invite you to an asset management conference on November 5, 2009, at the University of Delaware's Clayton Hall. Our conference is targeted to local and state transportation agencies and their partners. Discussion topics include:

  • Asset management overview
  • Pavement management
  • Drainage management
  • Sign management
  • Maintenance management
  • Geographic information systems
  • Data collection strategies
  • Access management toolbox
  • Success stories from Maryland, Delaware, and other states

Conference Theme: Every public transportation agency regardless of its size can take advantage of asset management techniques, but an incremental approach should be most effective.

Registration: Electronically at www.ce.udel.edu/dct/t2/t2.htm. Click on T2 Courses, Workshops and Conferences. Review the complete workshop agenda and speaker list. Registrations will be confirmed approximately two weeks before the workshop. Since space is limited to approximately 100 persons, the T2 Centers will allocate seats to as many different agencies as possible.

Fees: $0 for state, local, and federal transportation agency employees. $225 for private sector employees.

Continental breakfast and lunch included.

For driving directions, go to www.udel.edu/conf/clayton.htm.

If you need more information, please contact the Delaware T2 Center at 302.831.4094, or the Maryland T2 Center at 301.403.4623.
