CATT’s John Binks and Michael Pack were interviewed by Kimberly Marselas for the January 2009 edition of Between the Columns, a University of Maryland publication. Binks is the program manager for Capital Wireless Information Net (CapWIN) while Pack is the director of the Center for Advanced Transportation Technology Lab (CATT). The article discussed the role the two centers played in guiding and supporting various transportation and security agencies during the inauguration of President Barack Obama.
