Background Information
Mr. Stellfox has more than 20 years of experience in transferring transportation technology. He has been with the Maryland Transportation Technology Transfer (MD T2) Center since 2003 and in that time has provided oversight in the daily operations of the Center, writes proposals and reports for various related Center programs. Mr. Stellfox’s areas of interest include involvement in the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), development of the Center’s Road Scholars Program, and active involvement with various associations, including the County Engineers Association of Maryland, the regional chapter of the American Public Works Association, the Maryland Municipal League, and the Maryland Association of Counties.
Mr. Stellfox is in his 24th year of providing senior engineering services to the LTAP, he is also dedicated more than 40 years of service to the public works sector, which he is still actively involved with. Prior to joining the MD T2 Center Mr. Stellfox worked with the Pennsylvania Local Roads Program at the Pennsylvania State University, and prior to that he provided Civil engineering and public works management to various companies in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Stellfox received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Master of Education (emphasis in Training and Development) from the Penn State University located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
